Event Management
Throughout the years I had the opportunity to work on multiple large scale events, as a live event director and show caller as well as a social & media content manager. These sporting events require a lot of planning, resource and people management and flexibility in execution to achieve flawless entertainment for all spectators in the stadium or stakeholders in front of their screens.

The 2025 ELF Championship Game took place on the 7th of September 2025 in the MHP-Arena, Stuttgart. The event was attended by more than 35.000 spectators and broadcasted worldwide. My duties as live event director and show caller consisted of planning, coordinating and executing everything that was happening in the in-field, the pre-game ceremony, halftime show and champions celebration. From initial planning, to drafting detailed time-schedules, communicating with all involved parties (Teams, Artists, TV, Cheerleaders, Officials, Ceremonies, DJ, On-Field Entertainment) making sure that the whole event proceeds flawlessly and to provide entertainment for all spectators in the stadium and all across the globe. Another duty was to plan, draft and create all video-wall graphics and animations and coordinate the timed playback of live-graphics as the director.

Live event directing and show calling.
In my role with the European League of Football, I produced and directed the Championship Final 2024 & 2025, large-scale live events attended by 40,000 fans in the stadium and broadcast to a global audience. I created the full run-of-show, including pre-game ceremonies, halftime show, and championship celebration, and worked directly with artists, cheerleaders, stage crews, light, broadcasting and pyrotechnics.
As show caller, I coordinated over 200 performers and staff, giving live cues and keeping the entire production on time. Every movement, every song, every firework was part of a carefully orchestrated plan and on game day, it was my responsibility to make sure all departments worked together seamlessly.
This experience allowed me to bring my skills in planning, communication, and leadership into a high-pressure live environment, transforming concepts into unforgettable moments for both fans in the stands and viewers worldwide.

The 2023 ELF Championship Game took place on September 24th in the Schauinsland-Reisen Arena in Duisburg, drawing 31,000+ spectators in the stadium and a worldwide broadcast audience. As Social Content Manager, I was at the center of the operation, directing a 10-person creative team of photographers and videographers from all over Europe. Every piece of content, from photos to edits to videos, went through me live on event day, and I made the publishing decisions in real time. I created detailed shot lists, workflows, and coordination systems so that every angle was covered and nothing was missed. The team delivered more than 50 live posts during the event while also building a comprehensive content archive for future use. With me as the central point of communication and approval, the content team ran like a newsroom, fast, precise, and coordinated. The result was record-setting online engagement that set a new benchmark for live event coverage in the league.

Social Content Management
From 2021 to 2023, I led the social media content operations at the European League of Football Championship Games. At the center of the workflow, I directed international creative teams of photographers and videographers, ensuring every key moment, on and off the field, was captured and published in real time. On game days, all content ran through me: I coordinated live feeds, approved edits instantly, and managed publishing across the league’s official channels. To achieve this, I developed shot lists, workflows, and communication systems that allowed our teams to operate like a live newsroom, producing dozens of posts during each event while building a complete content archive for long-term use. This approach consistently delivered record-breaking engagement and set new standards for real-time sports coverage, strengthening the ELF’s international presence online.
